• What is PRP?

    PRP or platelet-rich plasma, commonly referred to as Vampire Facial uses your blood to stimulate collagen, improve wrinkles and skin tone, decrease inflammation, and help your skin to get glowing. It is ideal for treating aging skin and joint conditions like acne or rosacea. It is autologous ( your own) treatment that doesn’t require the injection of foreign particles into your skin. PRP is commonly used for hair loss or musculoskeletal conditions that are caused by inflammation and age.

  • The Vampire Facial

    You may have heard of the Vampire Facial in fashion and beauty publications, coveted by some of Hollywood’s biggest names. PRP is combined with microneedling, both classic and fractional (Fractora) to stimulate more collagen production and cell turnover. It can also be directly injected into the skin with a syringe.

  • PRP with Hyaluronic Acid

    This method is commonly used in our clinic and currently remains most asked for procedure whether it’s for under eye circle improvement or hollowness or facial rejuvenation. With the addition of hyaluronic acid, an essential building block of the body, it can bring back the flexibility of the skin and plump up the area to get rid of the dark circles.

  • What To Expect

    The small amount of patient blood taken with the syringe and placed into a centrifuge for about 10 minutes. Red blood cells are separated from platelet-rich plasma. Later one is injected into patients skin via different methods we described above.

    The number of PRP sessions needed vary upon are injected and desired effect. In general, at least three courses needed every 4-6 weeks with maintenance treatment every 4-6 months.
