COVID 19 UPDATE

PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

All new clients must complete a virtual consultation prior to booking. We will NOT be taking any consultations in-office. You will be pre-screened during the time of booking, and 24-hours prior to your appointment to confirm if you are feeling well – no fever, cough or other symptoms.

Upon your arrival, please wait in your vehicle and call the clinic at

to let us know you have arrived. Arrive at least 5 minutes early to your appointment, however please be advised that the waiting area inside the clinic is closed due to capacity limits. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, it will be cancelled and considered a no-show.

You will be asked to sanitize your hands upon entering and must wear a mask inside the clinic at all times.

DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT

Do not bring any guests to your appointment.

Bring only essential items inside with you such as your phone, keys, and wallet. Please refrain from bringing bags inside.

There is NO access to clinic washrooms. Please make necessary arrangements prior to your arrival.

Please be prepared to make a cashless payment using debit or credit.

Kindly note all packages are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

If you have tested positive for COVID-19, or have knowingly come into close contact with someone who has, we ask that you do not come for any services for 14 days or until you have tested negative for COVID-19.

If you have a cough, fever or any symptoms relating to COVID-19 or any other respiratory illness, please do not come for services until you are symptom-free. If you feel unwell or have any concerns about showing up for your treatment, please stay home and isolate. We will record the cancellation reason and waive the cancellation fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY

As appointment availability is limited, and we want to allow as many clients as possible to get their preferred treatments, we will be strictly enforcing a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled with less than 48-hours will be subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee. Missed appointments will require a prepayment in order to rebook.

CLINIC PREPARATION

Office hours and appointment availability have been limited in order to reduce the number of clients coming through per day.

A plexiglass screen has been installed at our concierge desk.

All clients will be prescreened prior to their appointments.

Staff will be prescreened and temperature checked daily before shifts. Personal Protection Equipment is a requirement at all times, throughout the clinic and includes but is not limited to: masks, face shields, gloves, and scrubs.

Use of clinic washroom has been restricted.

All surfaces and high-touch areas will undergo a thorough sterilization process before and after each client.
